Venato started because a contractor got tired of juggling twelve different tools just to run his business. We built the platform he wished he had - then we built it for every operator like him.

§1Mission & vision

Practical software for the people who run the real economy.

Mission01 / 02

Give small business owners the practical tools they need to run a better business.

Operators don't have time to learn complicated software. They need fast decisions, clear visibility, and less time on admin. Venato means to hunt- that's how we think about leads, jobs, and revenue.

Vision02 / 02

Enterprise-grade tools for every small business - without the enterprise tax.

The same software the big companies have, without the six-figure price tag, the year-long implementation, or the army of consultants that usually comes attached.

§2Origin

Venato was founded with industry-leading operators at the table, not from a software vendor's roadmap.

I was paying for twelve tools and re-typing the same information into all of them. I didn't need another app. I needed one system.

§3Principles

Three principles. They sit above every decision we ship.

  • 01Principle

    Simple.

Intuitive on day one. If it takes a week to learn, it's too complicated. Operators should be running their business, not a software stack.

    In practice
  • 02Principle

    Practical.

Every feature exists because a real operator asked for it. No vanity dashboards, no horizontal sprawl - just the tools the work actually needs.

    In practice
  • 03Principle

    Results.

We measure success in closed jobs and collected revenue, not feature counts. The point is the outcome on the floor.

§4AI

AI for the work nobody wants to do.

We don't use AI to write your marketing copy. We use it on the unglamorous parts of running a small business - the parts that fall through the cracks when the day gets busy.

  • 01

    Leads

Every inbound lead gets a response within minutes - drafted in your voice, ready to send.

  • 02

    Schedule

Overlaps, travel windows, weather risk - surfaced before a job hits the calendar.

  • 03

    Cash

Unpaid balances, missed deposits, jobs closed without a final - pulled to the top of the day.

§5The difference

From chaos to clarity.

01
Before

Twelve tools. None of them talking.

01
After

One platform. One log-in. One source of truth.

02
Before

Lead came in three days ago. Nobody replied.

02
After

Lead came in three minutes ago. Already replied.

03
Before

Crew arrives - wrong address, wrong materials.

03
After

Crew has the job, the route, and the materials on their phone.

04
Before

Profitability is a guess until the year closes.

04
After

Job-level margin visible the moment the job closes.

05
Before

Work happens in tabs, texts, and clipboards.

05
After

Work happens in one place.

§6What we believe

Five beliefs. They guide how we build, sell, and support.

  • 01

    Small businesses come first.

Every small business deserves the same tools the enterprise has - without the price tag or the year-long rollout.

  • 02

    No jargon, no contracts.

Plain language, plain pricing. If we can't explain it on a call, we shouldn't be selling it.

  • 03

    Speed is the feature.

Operators need fast decisions and less time on admin. We optimize for the hour we give back.

  • 04

    AI does the work.

We use AI for the unglamorous parts: follow-ups, conflicts, unpaid invoices. Not for content.

  • 05

    Results over features.

A shorter feature list that moves the number beats a longer one that doesn't.
